Healing Starts with Conversation.
Grief is universal, but it often goes unspoken. The Little Wind Phone Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that creates simple, powerful spaces for healing by installing Wind Phones in parks, gardens, and community spaces across the country. These quiet places invite people to pause, reflect, and speak the words in their hearts—helping them feel less alone in loss.

Open Call for Illustrators!
We're seeking an illustrator to collaborate on a children’s book focused on grief, emotional resilience, and healing — created with honesty, warmth, and light humor.
This is a paid opportunity to work on a meaningful, community-centered project with real impact. We’re looking for an illustrator whose style can support thoughtful storytelling for children and families.

Donate a Phone. Share Comfort.
We’re always looking for rotary-style phones—either desktop or wall-mounted—to use in our Wind Phone installations across the community.

These classic phones are not connected to a phone line. Instead, they serve as a gentle, symbolic tool that helps people speak to loved ones they miss, process grief, and find moments of peace.

If you have a rotary-style phone you’d like to donate and give new purpose to, we’d love to hear from you. Your contribution helps create meaningful spaces for healing and reflection.

Email us at: littlewindphoneproject@gmail.com
(Please include a photo of the phone and whether it’s desktop or wall-mounted.)

Thank you for helping us turn everyday objects into moments of comfort, connection, and care.
